I was disappointed once I really got a good look at the jewelry. The designs felt sooo basic and not very unique, like stuff I’ve seen in a bunch of other shops. Some pieces looked cute in the photos, but in person the vibe just felt kind of cheap and not really my style. I expected more for the price, so yeahhh, I don’t think I’d buy again.

I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here, but waiting several days just to get a reply was frustrating. And when they finally did respond, the answers were really short and didn’t help much. I get that teams get busy, but it still wasn’t a great experience

I was a bit annoyed having to return one item, but the exchange ended up being really easy. No hassle, and the replacement came quickly, so I was happy with how it worked out.

I went by the size chart, but the fit was actually nothing like what I expected. It ended up being way off for me.

I hopped onto bynouck.com thinking I’d just browse around for a bit, but it turned into more of a hassle than I expected. The pages were loading slowly on my end, and the menu didn’t really guide me anywhere clearly, so I kept clicking around just to find basic things.
When I tried it on my phone, it felt even more cramped. A few buttons were awkward to tap, and after a while I just didn’t feel like fighting with the site anymore. I ended up giving up before placing an order, so yeah, not the smoothest shopping experience.

I ordered a small item thinking it would show up quickly, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was just left waiting around, feeling like I was standing in some endless queue with no idea when it would move. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the slow delivery was really frustrating.

This feels totally worth the money. The quality is good, and it’s nice to buy something that doesn’t feel like the company is trying to rip you off.

It looked really nice when it first arrived, really nice, but after just a few weeks it started looking worn out and kind of flimsy. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. Disappointing, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

My order from By Nouck arrived nicely packaged, and everything looked clean, tidy, and well taken care of. The box wasn’t damaged, and I appreciated the small details because, it’s just nice when a company takes the time to treat your order with a bit of care. I’m giving 4 stars because it was good overall, just a little less fancy than I had expected. Still, I’m happy with it.
